The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type is processed temporarily to deliver the site and to ensure security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and offers standard contractual clauses.
If you send a message through the form, I process your name, company (optional), email address and message to answer your inquiry. The data is transmitted to me by email via the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as a processor on my behalf. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering inquiries). The data is deleted once the inquiry is dealt with, unless statutory retention duties apply. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it I cannot answer your message.
